Job summary

Independent Management Services is seeking a Maintenance professional to handle resident service requests, preventive tasks, and unit reconditioning. You’ll maintain landscape and common areas, respond to emergencies, and assist with inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Reconditioning of vacant units, including painting and basic repairs.
• Maintain grounds to ensure a well-groomed appearance and cleanliness.
• Respond to resident requests for 24-hour emergency service.
• Snow removal including salting walkways and parking areas.
• Monitor inventory and maintenance supplies as necessary.
• Report directly to Site Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing maintenance education and training.
