Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician for Timber Cove Apartments in Decatur, IL. The role, with a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule on weekdays and a rotational on-call element, offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in apartment or facilities maintenance and HVAC experience is a plus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance tasks at Timber Cove Apartments.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs as needed.

Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Timber Cove Apartments!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.

• $18.00- $21.00/HR

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
• HVAC experience preferred (EPA or HVAC Certification & hands on experience)
• Pool experience and CPO preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to help with on call

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
