Job summary

Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain RV resorts, manufactured home communities and apartment communities in Arizona.

The role emphasizes routine upkeep, timely response to resident requests, and safe operation of maintenance tasks across our properties. The position involves preventive and general maintenance, basic repairs, landscape work, and assisting in larger projects with an on-call rotation for weekends and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• EPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacancies to market-ready condition.
• Perform various maintenance tasks and log findings in the maintenance log.
• Respond to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
• Perform emergency service when required.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Move heavy objects and assist on special maintenance projects.
