Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, or a related environment.
• Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades: plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns to create an exceptional move-in experience for new residents.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues using strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment.
• Respond to and complete service requests efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support community upkeep.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections and support vendors to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.

• Expected hourly rate of $23 - $27 per hour + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Have
