We proudly own and manage The Club at Cherry Hills Apartments, a beautiful 348-unit property, and we're looking for a dependable, driven Maintenance Technician to join our crew!

The Club at Cherry Hills Apartments – Wichita, KS

$18 - $21/hour DOE
Quarterly Bonus – Up to $750
On-Call Bonus – $100 per week
Annual Reviews – Up to 5% Raise
Referral Bonus – $500–$1,000 (depending on role referred)
