Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure work orders and turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
2. Clean vacant units and building areas.
3. Maintain a record of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
4. Keep the maintenance area neat and organized.
5. Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
6. Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials as needed.

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Ability to support and contribute to a team environment.
• Positive attitude and professionalism.
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
