The primary location for this opportunity is in Northglenn and Thornton.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve electrical issues.
• Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
• Complete maintenance make-ready sheets as assigned.
• Turn vacant apartments.
• The ability to sweat pipes, service furnaces, hot water heaters, and troubleshoot boilers is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Respond to after-hour calls and emergency situations.
• Always represent the company in a professional manner.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.

This role may have physical demands, including but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
