Pay: $20.00 to $25.00/hour

What you will be doing:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to join us as a Maintenance Technician. In this role at Morgan Properties, you will:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve service issues, including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
2. Ensure the property’s interior and exterior meet company standards and legal requirements.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
4. Follow up with residents and office staff regarding work status.
5. Participate in an on-call rotation, which may include night and weekend shifts.

What we expect from you:

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Residence within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
