Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance services to properties that will be assigned to them. The technician is part of a large team that is assigned work specified in daily work orders assigned by their supervisor. As a technician, this individual is always required to maintain professionalism and follow company policies. Specific duties may vary depending upon assignment.
