We are excited to hear from you today. Positions are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of building maintenance experience and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and various handyman skills.

Responsibilities:

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
• Installing appliances
• Drywall repairs and painting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas
• Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimating time and extent of repairs
• Performing routine preventive maintenance
• Maintaining material and supply inventory
• Overseeing work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Owns a personal set of tools
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
