Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, punching and turning vacant units, and handling assorted repairs within an apartment community.
• Possession of HVAC certification and experience in maintaining and installing central HVAC systems. (Not required, uncertified but skilled technicians will be considered).
• Ownership of personal tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others.
• Commitment to learning new skills.

You will work directly for the owners of the property, not an outside management company. You will collaborate closely with our on-site property manager and existing maintenance staff to deliver high-quality make-ready units and exceptional customer service.
