Starting ASAP, the position pays $20/hr on a M-F 9-5:30 schedule, with potential temp-to-hire opportunities based on performance. Reliable transportation and ability to lift 40–50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance, construction, or renovation experience
• Ability to work independently
• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
