Qualifications

1–2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or related work preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic knowledge of household repairs and use of hand tools (or willingness to learn).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team.
Strong customer‑service skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general upkeep.
Complete make-ready tasks to ensure vacant units are clean, functional, and ready for new residents.
Maintain overall property appearance, including daily ground upkeep and trash removal.
Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Assist with preventative maintenance and seasonal projects as assigned.
Report safety hazards or larger maintenance needs to supervisor.
