Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Fishers, IN area.

An Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for make readies, turns, work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and various maintenance tasks, including grounds cleanup, at our communities. (NO ON-CALL!)

Excellent customer service experience is required, and candidates must have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of satisfaction at all times.

• HVAC repair and preventative maintenance, certification not required.
