  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred.

Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician 1 at The Metropolitan-Fishers, a 304-unit community in Fishers, Indiana. This training role involves assisting with unit make-ready, snow removal, grounds and equipment maintenance, and basic service requests. Responsibilities include:

  • Exterior grounds and light interior maintenance
  • Janitorial duties to maintain community facilities
  • Unit make-ready tasks such as trash removal, light carpentry, appliance troubleshooting
  • Participating in move-in/out inspections
  • Light maintenance tasks like replacing bulbs, unclogging toilets, resetting disposals
  • Snow removal and community preventative maintenance
  • Pool maintenance and other tasks as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

  • Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility
  • Basic knowledge of lawn and shrub care
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance preferred
