Senior Community Manager, CPM, CAM, CAPS

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor in carrying out the service processes of the property to ensure our residents have a well-maintained home. We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our award winning team!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed in a timely manner
• Pool cleaning and maintenance
• Assist in maintaining the property grounds to provide for first-class curb appeal
• Make-ready apartments for new move-ins
• Rotate on-call for 24-hour maintenance two weeks per month

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years apartment maintenance experience
• Top-notch customer service skills and professionalism
• Knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, and electrical required
• CFC/EPA Certification
• CPO preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required
