Service Technician – Meridian West Shore
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Starting Rate: $22/hour (based on experience) plus phone allowance

Meridian West Shore is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our maintenance team. This position involves responding to maintenance requests, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing units for new residents. The ideal candidate is someone who excels both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. Prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to maintenance repair requests.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
  • Prepare units for move-in, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Handle general maintenance tasks, including appliance repair.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety throughout the property grounds.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills are required.
  • Availability for on-call emergencies during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of maintenance experience is required.
