Express Employment Professionals - NE Sacramento is seeking a Maintenance Technician II/III to join the team in Sacramento. The role is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, non-exempt.

You will handle routine and emergency duties across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, while coordinating with vendors and maintaining logs. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years relevant experience, a HS diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience required.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
• Maintain and repair building systems and components (firesafety, HVAC basics).
• Complete work orders and manage unit turnover efficiently.
• Record daily mechanical rounds and maintain logs.
• Interact with vendors, contractors and suppliers to complete repairs.
