Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Technician II for our adjacent apartment communities totaling 528 units near DFW airport and Irving Mall. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and other maintenance to keep apartments in top condition and residents satisfied.

This non-exempt role pays $26.00 per hour with monthly renewal bonuses, requires a Texas driver’s license, Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, and offers a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• 1+ year of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues including HVAC, electrical and plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Maintain and repair building components such as stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
• Communicate with residents to ensure timely, quality service and follow safety procedures.
