Lighthouse-Property-Management in Nashville, TN is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician I to handle daily service requests, preventive maintenance, and move-in readiness of apartments.

You will troubleshoot appliances, perform plumbing and electrical tasks, paint and repair surfaces, maintain grounds, and document work orders while following safety rules and company SOPs. We value customer service and willingness to become certified, with on-the-job training and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to become certified. We pay for classes and test.
• Must be willing to become CPO certified. We pay for the classes and test.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, paint equipment, ladders, and safety gear.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or snow.
• Availability to work scheduled hours, weekends, and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily service requests, punch outs, cut outs, and preventive maintenance.
• Learn to become Maintenance Tech II.
• Troubleshoot appliances and perform plumbing tasks.
• Turn vacant apartments into move-in ready homes.
• Perform minor drywall repairs and paint prep on surfaces.
