Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Park Avenue West Apartments in Mansfield, OH. This on-site, full-time role involves preparing vacant units, handling on-site maintenance calls, and performing preventative tasks to keep the property in excellent condition.

The position requires about 40 hours weekly with an on-call rotation and carries a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and tuition

Qualifications

EPA or HVAC certification preferred.
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants.
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
At least 40 hours per week.
On-call rotation every other week (bonus $100).
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Get apartments ready in between residents and respond to on-site maintenance requests.
Perform on-site maintenance calls and preventative maintenance as needed.
