Job summary

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience across multiple trades.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Physically able to perform maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly with safety prioritized.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs.
• Document work accurately on service request forms.
• Identify issues and communicate findings with the Property Manager.
• Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
• Flex work schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate inspections with the Property Manager.
