Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assure all service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair professionally.
• Document work performed accurately.
• Conduct regular site inspections for compliance.
• Assist with property inspections such as fire safety.

Skills
