MAA Prosperity Creek is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across our multifamily community. You will coordinate repairs, respond to resident requests, and ensure apartments meet leasing demand and standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, and an EPA license, plus a valid driver’s license. Florida sites require CAMT licensing. Salary and benefits reflect competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or related field.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• For Florida locations, CAMT license required at time of hire or by next examination.
• 1–3 years of Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the maintenance team to ensure repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment units.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to service requests.
• Maintain market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand and ensure property appearance meets standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff (painters/landscaping).
