Qualifications

  • Experience with boilers class 1, 2 or special strongly preferred.

  • Ensure maintenance technician performance and support on-call duties.
  • Conduct written skills test as part of the interview process.

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Rochester, MN at Heritage Manor Apartments. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 182 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours and supervising one technician.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
  • 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
  • CPO certification is strongly preferred
  • Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred
  • A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
