MAA Heather Glen is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team at a multifamily community. You will coordinate repairs, meet leasing demand with market-ready units, and maintain property standards.

The role reports to the Property Manager and emphasizes service excellence. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in multifamily property maintenance, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal license, and a Florida CAMT license at hire or

• Valid driver's license and some supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and units.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to service requests; ensure market-ready apartments.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff and landscaping/painters as needed.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating the maintenance team to ensure the repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment units; prompt and courteous responses to service requests; an adequate supply of market ready apartments to meet leasing demand; property appearance which meets or exceeds standards.
