Pay: $25.00 – $28.00/hr (based on experience)

Oversee service requests and work order completion

Manage unit turns and make-readies

Help lead a small on-site team (great first step into supervision!)

Work closely with the Property Manager on planning and budgeting

Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)

Perform hands-on maintenance tasks: painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry

What You’ll Need:

2+ years of apartment or facilities maintenance experience

HVAC experience is required

Great communication and time management skills

Willingness to lead and take initiative

Preferred:

EPA Certification

CPO Certification
