We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Highlands of West Chester in West Chester, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for preparing apartments between residents, handling on-site maintenance calls, and performing preventative maintenance.

What We Need from You:

• HVAC/EPA Certification Required (for new installations)
• Experience in Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Valid Driver's License
• Fulfilling work orders/maintenance requests
