Odin Properties LLC. is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (EPA Certified) in Frankfort, KY to manage the maintenance team and ensure quality work on resident requests.

You will supervise staff, prioritize work orders, inspect results, and assist the property manager in daily operations. A hands-on leader with strong communication skills is essential to motivate staff and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Minimum EPA Type 2 certification.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Real Estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (EPA Certified) to manage our maintenance team! The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor's role is to aid and support all areas of property maintenance. The main function of this position is to supervise maintenance staff and the fulfillment of resident work orders. Additional duties include providing support to the property manager, inspecting the quality of maintenance work performed, directing maintenance staff, and setting work order priorities.

Requirements

• Experienced in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification.
• 3+ years minimum experience in a relevant Supervisory role.
