NALS Apartment Homes at The Arbors at Breckinridge in Duluth, GA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will handle service requests, turnovers, pool/spa maintenance, and property grounds to ensure safety and quality across our communities.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, with painting and building systems knowledge highly valued. On-site work, weather exposure, and lifting up to 100 lbs are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems, plumbing, pool/spa.
• Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service requests, callbacks, and work orders are performed properly and promptly.
• Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets.
• Turn vacant apartments.
• Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness.
• Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop.
• Respond to after-hours calls and emergencies.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
