Job summary

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of The Arbors at Breckinridge Apartment Homes. You will be responsible for cleaning all common areas, model units, and make-readies, ensuring the property always looks its best.

The role offers starting compensation of $18 - $19 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and PTO. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for training and growth within the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in same or related field.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and dust office, clubhouse, laundry facility, grills and all common areas daily.
• Prepare office openings including fresh coffee or refreshments.
• Clean model units weekly and ensure make-readies are prepared promptly.
• Maintain property appearance and assist with routines as assigned.
