Job summary

The Lewis Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Linden Court in Rialto, CA. You will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-site support to keep apartments and common areas in top condition.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in residential maintenance, strong skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties and on-site teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of residential maintenance experience (apartment or multifamily preferred).
• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting.
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and climb stairs/ladders as needed.
• Availability for emergency/on-call duties.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Handle basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Conduct inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure move-in readiness.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain maintenance shop and tools.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance staff.
• On-call and emergency maintenance as needed.
