Qualified candidates have about 2 years of in-apartment maintenance, own general tools, and a valid driver's license; EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Own general tools and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Keep the community clean and well maintained.
• Respond to a variety of residential service requests professionally.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain materials and supply inventory.
• Oversee work by outside contractors.
• Report unresolved issues to the Management.
