Berger Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Butler Square and Dublin Village Apartments in New Britain and Dublin, PA. You’ll handle service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure move-in ready homes while keeping common areas inviting for residents.

Two years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED are required; trade training is a plus. This full-time role includes a competitive $20-$25/hour pay, biweekly payroll, on-call rotations,
