What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Groundskeeper:

• Janitorial Duties: Keep our community clean and welcoming.
• Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance: Maintain and enhance our outdoor spaces.
• Minor Painting: Touch up interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Trash Removal: Ensure trash is efficiently managed and disposed of.
• Power Washing: Use power washing tools to clean surfaces and make everything look fresh.

As a Maintenance Technician:

• Make-Ready/Turns: Prepare units for new tenants efficiently.
• Electrical Repairs: Handle electrical issues safely and effectively.
• Plumbing Work: Repair leaks and ensure plumbing systems function properly.
• Appliance Repairs: Troubleshoot and fix household appliances.
• Drywall Repairs: Patch and restore walls.
• Painting: Maintain the appearance of our community with fresh paint.
• HVAC Certification: Certification is a plus; personality and attitude matter most.
