The Janitor / Porter is responsible for maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the associations, including groundskeeping and janitorial duties. Responsibilities include:

• General outdoor cleaning of common areas
• Light checks and bulb replacements
• Power washing
• Trash collection from lawns and common areas
• Leaf blowing in common areas
• Pool area inspections for trash and contaminants
• Emptying trash bins in common areas
• Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, plumbing, and painting
• Experience with cleaning, locks, and gutters is highly desired
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely use tools, supplies, materials, and chemicals

Preferred:

• Experience with electrical maintenance
• Pool maintenance experience

Pay and Benefits

Hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00, based on education and experience
