Job summary

Consolidated Asset Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations at our apartment community. You will supervise the maintenance team, delegate work orders, and ensure preventative maintenance while keeping the property safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include leading staff, performing repairs, managing vendor work, and coordinating unit turns, with on-call rotation for emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred.
• Renovation experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.
