Job summary

Consolidated Asset Management in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead to supervise daily maintenance operations at our apartment community. You will manage the maintenance team, review and assign work orders, and ensure preventative maintenance is performed.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, oversee vendor work, maintain safe, clean grounds, and participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Hourly Pay: $26.00-$28.00
