Job summary

Barrett & Stokely, a Lafayette-based real estate investment and management firm, seeks a Leasing Professional to conduct leasing activities, give tours, and manage move-ins at the John Purdue Block property. The role supports marketing initiatives and resident retention, with a focus on accurate data entry in Entrata and compliance with housing laws.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with day shifts and potential weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license preferred and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to phone inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Recommend marketing strategies and programs for on-site activity.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-ins and renewals.
• Maintain high scores on e-shop, phone shop, and in-person shop.
• Assist with renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Process and report application fees, security deposits, rents and other charges.
• Enter prospect and resident data into Entrata promptly.
