Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Paramount, a 240-unit apartment community in Atlanta, GA. This role blends customer service and sales, requiring you to present properties, build rapport, and process applications while ensuring compliant, high-quality interactions with prospective residents.

The position involves tours, follow-ups, and teamwork to meet occupancy goals, with opportunities for growth in property management within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant or retail is a plus.
• Proficient in English both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain clean and presentable homes for tours.
• Document interactions in Yardi PMS software.
• Assist customers with application completion for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing and occupancy initiatives.
• Support community events and resident retention efforts.
