Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking Leasing Professionals to join our team in Ukiah, CA. You will greet and tour prospective residents, assist with leasing paperwork, and handle move-in processes while delivering attentive service to residents and prospects.

You will use leasing software, communicate clearly, and work with a team to meet occupancy goals. Weekend availability may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication is required.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel; some social media exposure.
• Experience with leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, OneSite or MRI is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours to determine housing needs and close leads.
• Assist residents with leasing paperwork, applications, leases, and background checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and move-in charges.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to new and current residents.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them to leases.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and add final touches as needed.
• Develop new resident outreach through marketing techniques.
• Manage lease renewals and retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads


• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks


• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident moveins


• Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents


• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease


• Ensure apartments are movein ready by inspecting, and adding lastminute touches when appropriate


• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques


• Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts


• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing


• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media


• Knowledge of leasing software a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI, etc.


• Ability to work weekends as required
