Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and RealPage OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to prospects and communicate the value of residence.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries and schedule tours.
• Collect required information and complete lease documents.
• Walk units prior to move-in to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate with residents for referrals and renewals.
• Maintain property appearance and report safety hazards.
• Use RealPage OneSite and other systems for screening.
