Responsibilities

• Handle referrals, walk-ins, and inquiries to generate leases.
• Tour apartments and explain features, terms, and policies.
• Maintain lease files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Coordinate move-in dates and communicate with maintenance and management.
