Job summary

Bi-State Management LLC is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent to be the face of the community, handling leasing, resident relations and marketing outreach. You will greet prospects, qualify them, record visits and guide applicants through the process.

This full-time role offers $17–$22 per hour with health, dental and vision insurance, a 401K match, paid holidays, PTO after 3 months, and an apartment discount after probation. Occasional evenings and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Record all visits and maintain guest cards; update availability reports.
• Process applications (credit check, rental history) and secure move-in paperwork.
• Assist with renewals; coordinate notices and community events.
• Market the community and handle outreach marketing activities.
• Represent the company professionally and comply with policies.
