Qualifications

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Coordinate with marketing to place online ads and signage.
• Support the Community Manager with office tasks and calls.
• Maintain market study of primary competitors.
• Provide high quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Showcase apartment features and benefits effectively.
• Prepare lease-related documents accurately.
• Follow up on calls, emails, and site visits in a timely manner.
