AMC ACQUISITIONS LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote the apartment community by guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. Responsibilities include conducting tours, answering inquiries, and ensuring that property standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with experience in customer service and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Property Management software. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate literacy in the English language including reading.
• Experience: Three to six months of related experience and/or training.
• Valid State Issued Drivers’ License is required.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for interviewing prospective residents to determine needs.
• Conduct community tours and answer questions about the property.
• Prepare application packets and maintain knowledge of community amenities.
