DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to manage tenant interactions, tours, and lease processing at our Greenville, NC property portfolio. The role focuses on assessing tenant needs, presenting available homes, and processing leases with attention to detail and customer service.

The candidate should have at least a 1-year certificate and 2+ years in sales, with an outgoing personality and ability to communicate effectively with prospective tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year certificate from college or technical school.
• At least 2 years of sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model homes and apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, facilities, and terms of the lease.
• Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
• Inspects condition of premises periodically and arranges for maintenance.
