You will collect rents, make deposits, input daily activity, and prepare reports, including deposits and monthly close, while ensuring policy compliance.

The role includes leasing duties such as showing apartments, preparing leases, maintaining files, and promoting resident retention through renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in large property management is required.
• Sales experience is a must.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collects and secures rental payments.
• Makes daily bank deposits and verifies the accuracy of those deposits.
• Inputs daily activity transactions.
• Prepares accounting records and reports, including Deposit Accounting and monthly close out.
• Delivers late rent letters and notices to vacate; contacts residents with unpaid rent.
• Assists in the eviction process.
