You will conduct tours, process applications, maintain records, and use OneSite/Knock to complete daily leasing tasks. Weekend availability is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Tarantino Properties offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks.
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
