Qualifications

Apartment Leasing Consultant

Hire Priority Staffing is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for a multifamily apartment community in South Austin, 78704. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused leasing professional who can thrive in a fast-paced office, support daily leasing activity, and deliver excellent service to prospective and current residents.

We are looking for someone with apartment leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality experience who is comfortable answering phones, touring apartment homes, assisting walk-in traffic, and managing follow-up in a busy leasing office.

Job Details:

• Pay: $19/hr. + Commission
• Position Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire
• Location: South Austin, 78704
• Office Hours: Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM). Willing to work every Saturday (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Sunday (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) except the first weekend of the month. Will have a day and a half off during the week.

• Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws required
• Must be professional, dependable, and confident in a fast-paced leasing environment
• Must be able to multitask and support daily leasing office operations
• Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
